Spiced Apple Butter Bran Muffins

I've always wanted to try apple butter in recipes.  Finally found this easy and healthy one.  It uses whole wheat flour and oat bran, plus lots of apple and raisins.  Yet, the kids are not used to the whole wheat flour taste.  As usual, Adrian hated the fruit in there.  So I got 2 thumbs down for this one.  Honestly, when I heated them up, the wheat taste was not as strong.  I may let them try the warm ones again.  I'll also try modifying the recipe by reducing the whole wheat flour ratio.  Since I still have the oat bran and fruit in there, fibre shouldn't be a problem.
